This clinic is very unprofessional and just wants to take the patients money. The first time I came here, I just had a checkup. After the checkup, they recommended that I get my fillings checked in another appointment. I asked them how much it would cost and they said it's going to cost $95. I finished the appointment and everything but after the appointment by 2 weeks, they called me and said we made a mistake with your insurance and you now owe us $730. Even though they made the mistake, they are trying to charge me 8X for what was originally agreed. I tried to negotiate it with them and even with all their mistakes, they refused. They now have moved the payment to collection. So overall, I wouldn't recommend this place and now I'm going to sue them!

Dr. Navid is a skilled, experienced dentist who took the time to clearly explain my treatment — genuinely great clinical care. Unfortunately, the front desk experience let it down. I was quoted a price with no mention of a 3% credit card surcharge, and only found out when my card company sent a fee alert seconds after paying — an unexpected $41 charge. When I asked the front desk staff about it, she simply pointed at a small sticker behind her monitor without any explanation or apology, and showed no interest in addressing my concern. If this fee policy is new, it should be clearly disclosed before payment, not left to a hidden sticker. Great dentistry, but the front desk needs to be transparent and actually engage with patient concerns. Hoping this gets addressed. Update July 10: the dental office followed up and refund the 3% credit card fee, which was the resolution I originally requested. I appreciate that they addressed the issue and made it right.

I’ve been going to Dr. Navid for a while now, and the level of care is honestly unmatched. He is incredibly meticulous and clearly has a high level of technical expertise, but what I appreciate most is how much he actually cares. The proactive follow-ups make a huge difference, and I really value that he is collaborative, if something needs a specialist's touch, he doesn't hesitate to refer me to the best experts. It’s rare to find a dentist who is this skillful yet so genuinely invested in his patients. Highly recommend!
